2. When You Qualify for a Refund

We Miss the Deadline

Timeline exceeded due to our delays (client delays documented and excluded)

Specification Mismatch

Deliverables don't match the written specifications in signed project proposal

Non-Functional Features

Core features don't work as specified or have critical bugs

3. Partial Refunds

If you decide to cancel mid project, you'll receive a prorated refund based on work completed:

Before Kickoff Call

100% refund minus $500 planning fee

After Kickoff, Before Development

80% refund (20% covers planning and setup)

During Development

Refund = Total - (Hours worked × $150/hour) - 20% planning fee

After Delivery

No refund (project completed as agreed)

💡 Note: All partial refunds require written cancellation notice and return of all project files/code.

4. When Refunds Don't Apply

Client Caused Delays

Late feedback, missing content, or lack of response (24+ hours on weekdays)

Change of Mind

You decide you no longer want the project or change business direction

Scope Changes

Requesting features beyond the original agreed scope

Third Party Issues

External service failures, API changes, or platform policy updates

7. Detailed Refund Conditions

We accept international payments via:

Payoneer - Secure international transfers with multi-currency support
Direct Bank Transfer - Wire transfer to business account
Stripe - Credit/debit cards (Coming Soon)

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7-10 business days.
