1. Money Back Guarantee by Tier
🚀 Validation MVP
$3,500 - 14 day delivery
- Full refund if not deployed within 14 days due to our delays
- Full refundif deliverables don't match written specifications
⚡ Production SaaS
$6,000, 21 day delivery
- Full refund if not live in 21 days due to our delays
- Full refundif core features don't work as specified
🛠️ Custom Project
Quote-based | scope and timeline agreed per project
- 50% deposit refunded if project is cancelled before development starts
- Prorated refund if cancelled mid-development | based on work completed at time of cancellation
- No refund after final delivery and handoff
- Deadline guarantee does not apply | timeline is agreed per project and may flex based on scope complexity

$1,000/month | cancel any month, no contract
The refund guarantee applies to MVP builds (Validation MVP and Production SaaS) only. The Ongoing Retainer is month-to-month | cancel anytime with no refund needed since there is no long-term commitment.
2. When You Qualify for a Refund
We Miss the Deadline
Timeline exceeded due to our delays (client delays documented and excluded)
Specification Mismatch
Deliverables don't match the written specifications in signed project proposal
Non-Functional Features
Core features don't work as specified or have critical bugs
3. Partial Refunds (Client-Initiated Cancellation)
If you decide to cancel mid project, you'll receive a prorated refund based on how much work has been completed:
Before Kickoff Call
Full refund minus a planning fee (covers scope docs and setup already completed)
After Kickoff, Before Development
Partial refund (planning and setup already invested)
During Development
Refund based on work completed at the time of cancellation
After Delivery
No refund (project completed as agreed)
💡 Note: All partial refunds require written cancellation notice. Exact prorated amount is agreed in writing at cancellation time based on the specific project phase.
4. When Refunds Don't Apply
Client Caused Delays
Late feedback, missing content, or lack of response (24+ hours on weekdays)
Change of Mind
You decide you no longer want the project or change business direction
Scope Changes
Requesting features beyond the original agreed scope
Third Party Issues
External service failures, API changes, or platform policy updates
5. How to Request a Refund
