1. Agreement
These terms are between you and The MVP Guy("I," "me"), operated by Muhammad Tanveer Abbas (Sole Proprietor). If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage services.
2. Services
I provide fixed-scope SaaS MVP development for founders and small teams. Current tiers, prices, and deliverables are listed in the pricing section:
- Production SaaS: $4,000 (limited-time promo; standard price $6,000), 21-day delivery from kickoff. $2,000 to start. $2,000 on launch. No surprises.
- Ongoing Retainer (Post-Launch SaaS Care): $1,000/month, month-to-month.
- Custom projects: quoted after a scoping call, agreed in writing before kickoff.
Marketing copy on the site describes typical outcomes. Your signed scope document defines what is actually included in your project.
3. Payment
- Standard projects: 50% deposit before kickoff, 50% on final delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Prices are in USD unless we agree on another currency.
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work on your project starts after the deposit clears.
- Work outside the agreed scope is billed via a written change order agreed before the work starts.
Accepted payment methods are Payoneer and bank wire transfer; exact details are confirmed at project start. You are responsible for processor fees and transfer fees on your side. After handoff, you are responsible for hosting, third-party SaaS, and other ongoing costs for your product.
4. Timelines and client responsibilities
Fixed timelines (21 days) start after the scope is signed and deposit is received. They assume you provide feedback, credentials, and assets on time.
- Client delays (slow feedback, missing content, unavailable stakeholders) extend the timeline day-for-day.
- Scope is locked after the kickoff call unless we sign a change order.
- Custom projects use timelines agreed in writing.
5. Deliverables, revisions, and ownership
Each tier includes the features listed on the pricing page and in your scope document. UI revisions cover spacing, colors, copy, and icons within the agreed design, not new features or architecture changes.
- Included revision rounds: 2 design revision rounds and 1 structured post-build fix round as defined in your scope.
- New features or integrations beyond scope require a change order.
On delivery you receive source code and deployment access as specified in your agreement. You own 100% of the custom work product created for you once final payment is made. The GitHub repository is transferred to your account with full commercial rights. Ownership excludes third-party libraries, frameworks, and any pre-existing templates or components I created before your project and reused in it, which remain licensed to you for use as part of your product.
6. Post-launch support
- Production SaaS: 7 days of email support for bugs in delivered functionality, starting at launch.
- Target response time: within 24 hours on business days.
- Support does not include new features, redesigns, or third-party outages.
- Ongoing maintenance after the included window is available via the retainer or a separate agreement.
7. Refunds and cancellation
The 50% deposit funds reserved capacity for your project and covers scope, design, and build work that starts at kickoff. If you cancel before kickoff, the deposit is refundable in full if no work has started.
- After kickoff: if you cancel, work completed up to the cancellation date is billed at the prorated value of the deposit; the remaining portion of the deposit is refunded if no work remains to be covered.
- If I cannot deliver the agreed scope due to my own failure, I will offer a fix within a reasonable window, and if it cannot be resolved, I will refund the portion of payments attributable to undelivered work.
- Custom projects follow the refund terms written in their own scope document.
- The retainer is month-to-month; you can pause or cancel anytime, and unused retainer fees are not refundable but stop accruing from the cancellation date.
8. Use of this website
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or automated spam through forms or chat.
- Content on the site (text, images, case studies) is for information; do not republish without permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Deliverables are built to the written scope; I do not warrant specific traffic, revenue, funding, or business outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
You may cancel a project as described in section 7. I may pause or terminate a project if you fail to provide timely feedback, breach these terms, or engage in conduct that makes continued work unreasonable; in that case you remain responsible for work already completed, billed per section 7.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be raised directly with me at themvpguy.contact@gmail.comand I will make a good-faith effort to resolve them within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled in the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
14. General

- These terms and your signed scope are the entire agreement between us and replace earlier discussions.
- I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated directly.
- I may not assign a project to another party without your written consent; either party may involve subcontractors only with the other party's agreement.
- Events outside reasonable control (outages of third-party services, government action, natural events) may delay delivery without breach, and timelines adjust accordingly.
