By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Muhammad Tanveer Abbas ("we," "us," "our").
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using our services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Services We Provide
Professional SaaS development services at fixed, transparent pricing. See /pricing for current tiers, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is structured as 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% upon delivery across all tiers. Full pricing, milestones, and accepted payment methods are listed on our pricing page.
• All prices in USD unless otherwise agreed
• Invoices due within 7 days of issuance
• No work begins without deposit confirmation
• Scope changes cost $150/hour
🛠️ Custom Projects
• No fixed price | quote provided after scoping call
• 50% upfront before work begins · 50% on final delivery
• Scope, deliverables, and payment milestones locked in writing before kickoff
• Additional work beyond agreed scope quoted separately
4. Refund Policy
Full refund available if we miss the agreed deadline due to our delays. See our full refund policy for conditions, exclusions, and tier-specific details.
5. Timeline & Delivery
Delivery timelines are 14 days for Validation MVP and 21 days for Production SaaS, starting after the scope doc is signed and deposit is confirmed. See /pricing for full details. Timelines assume timely client collaboration; client delays extend timeline accordingly.
🛠️ Custom Project Timelines
• Timeline is agreed per project during the scoping call and confirmed in writing
• The fixed-deadline refund guarantee does not apply to Custom Projects
• Scope changes after kickoff may extend the timeline; any extension is documented and agreed in writing
• Client delays (late feedback, missing assets) extend the timeline accordingly
6. Support & Maintenance
✅ Included Post Launch Support:
Validation MVP | 14 days of support
Production SaaS | 21 days of support
❌ NOT Included:
- • Design changes or new features
- • Ongoing maintenance beyond the support window (Ongoing Retainer available separately | see /pricing)
- • Third party service issues
7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
8. Project Terms & Scope Protection
📋 Scope Protection:
- • Client responds within 24h (weekdays)
- • Features beyond scope = $150/hour
- • Revisions = UI changes only, not features
- • Scope locked after kickoff call
🔄 Revisions Policy:
- • Each round = 3 hours max
- • Extra rounds = $500 each
- • Covers: spacing, colors, copy, icons
- • NOT covered: new features or architecture changes
💳 Third-Party Costs:
- • Stripe fees = your cost (~2.9% + 30¢)
- • Hosting (Vercel/Railway) = your cost
- • Total budget: ~$50-100/month operations
